Change is hard, and we know changes need to happen in our society and politics and in ourselves, but, if your voice is not heard, how can you be part of that change? You have a voice, use, it, write to your local politician, your government, your school board, hospital admin, etc, wherever you want to see change, be the change by speaking out, supporting those who are trying to make those changes and do with grace, FOR IT ALL START WITH YOU AND FOR YOU.
