Choose Positive Living with Sara Troy and her guest Amy Reedman, on air from November 22nd
The light at the end of the tunnel is not the illusion the tunnel is.
In this first show, we’ll be exploring chronic pain, consistent stress, depression and anxiety, ongoing sleeplessness or unexplained low energy. If you’ve “tried everything” and nothing seems to be helping, symptoms or pain aren’t improving, this is the show for you. We’ll be discussing chronic physical pain, emotional roller-coasters or just lows and mental health concerns that you feel overwhelmed with. This show is Part I in a 2 part show series beginning with becoming aware or what the body, emotions and mind are saying to us with courage, curiosity and compassion.
In Part 2, airing November 29th where we’ll connect the dots between these symptoms and what may be the underlying root imbalance. We’ll unveil simple and effective strategies to reduce, relieve or release the pain we’ve come to know in such an intimate way. We’ll simplify the strategies, explaining when to use what tools and why.
