Join me this week and I have the opportunity to “pick the brain” of one of the most successful retirees I know…Rick Bell.  Mr. Bell started at the age of 22 with Pacific Gas & Electric Company in Avila Beach and after 36 years of faithful service, he pulled the plug and at young age of 59, he is comfortably retired.
