At 24, David started a company in a garage with $5000 and built it to a profitable $10 million in sales & 200 employees. Based upon the work of systems gurus W. Edwards Deming & Peter Senge, he became an expert in workplace systems in the most powerful way possible—he implemented them in his own company while in deep organizational crisis. He is the creator of The Four Agreements at Work, based upon his eight years working directly with don Miguel Ruiz, author of the bestselling The Four Agreements. Integrating The Four Agreements with his New Conscious Systems (NCS) model for organizational change, David has created a workable roadmap for the transformation of the workplace into a highly productive and even joyful experience. He has written four books including The New Agreements in the Workplace and The New Agreements in Healthcare is one of two people worldwide licensed to teach The Four Agreements at Work.
