Integrating The Four Agreements with his New Conscious Systems (NCS) model for organizational change, David has created a workable roadmap for the transformation of the workplace into a highly productive and even joyful experience. He has written four books including The New Agreements in the Workplace and The New Agreements in Healthcare is one of two people worldwide licensed to teach The Four Agreements at Work.
