Collin Ruiz who joins Coach Brandi on Empower Hour and shares with us why daily nutritional intake should be personalised to the person eating it because what works great for one person’s body could be detrimental to another. Collin will be discussing how the physical, mental and emotional bodies are affected by the foods consumed and how she determines the best foods for your body specifically.
Collin Ruiz, MS, is a nutritionist using muscle testing to cut through all the nutritional options; fad diets, superfoods, herbs and supplements to raise up the level of health of her clients. By exploring which foods support the individual, the client has the power to make a big impact on their health and change their life.
I earned my Masters of Science in Human Nutrition from Colorado State University. I have experience building supportive nutritional plans for extreme athletes, pregnant women, young children, and clients suffering from any number of diseases as well as those undergoing treatments for cancer.
I design a nutritional course of action to address the immediate concerns and ongoing wellbeing. Everybody is unique and I strive to help each client integrate a balanced eating plan into their lives. Through this entire process, I will gently guide each person to listen to their own body and validate their internal wisdom.
