Sandra Bradshaw introduces us to Feldenkrais, a body awareness modality that teaches us how to “move better and feel younger,” a phrase coined by Sandra and used in her book, Wake Up Your Body & Brain. In today’s Conscious Business Conversation, Sandra takes us through several examples of how our habits impact how we move and feel. For example, we are introduced to the “soft gaze” and how it relaxes us and laterwhy we feel at peace as we gaze out at the horizon. Sandra also offers tips to relieve the stress of constant computer work and other activities.
Sandra Bradshaw is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner® who has had a full-time practice in Kelowna, British Columbia since 1999. As a Functional Movement Specialist, Sandra’s experience using the Feldenkrais Method® has been successful in helping countless people improve the quality of their lives.
